Yep we do!
We've shipped pretty much all over the world now. Typically we ship woodbuds - wood earphones out using Royal Mail '1st Class Signed For' service. This often requires a signature upon delivery, so make sure you or someone is around at the Delivery address.
We currently have Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders. How nice is that?
For UK orders, 2 days (at times this can be as quick as next day) Orders to Europe typically take 3-5 days, USA 7 days, and ROW can be anything from 5-10 days. We ask that ROW orders allow two weeks as often orders can experience Customs / Clearance delays.
Well yes, we like to believe so. Our naturally crafted wood earphones are made using beautiful materials. However, you don't need to ask us though, you can always take a look at our Press page to see what's been said about woodbuds:
The Guardian: “This one is a gem, eco-friendly sustainable wood, noise isolating earphones, impeccable credentials, and packaging in a 100% recyclable (and very cool) box”
Yes the housing of our earphones is made using 100% plantation wood, walnut in fact. Our wood earphones are all different, the wood grain means that no two sets of earphones are the same.
We then use a blend of bio-plastic to create our cable and our box is 100% recyclable. As often as we can we try to do the right thing.
We run the line with a 30 day policy, however if you want to exchange a colour, or the woodbuds have failed in some area of developed a technical fault we will look at that on a case by case basis and try and help you where possible.
Yes, we are.
At some point we will. We recently had a run of cases for the iPhone 5. We decided we had to focus on improving our core product range of wood earphones. We believe in doing one thing really well.
The short answer is No - but you will very soon.
We tend to focus on selling directly online and developing our brand. Having some control means we ensure how our woodbuds are displayed, how they are marketed and we like to add a personal touch to our orders where possible.
We have a few retail partnerships online with NotontheHighStreet.com, we have also worked with Fab.com and Fancy.com in NYC. We are looking to expand into High Street retail at some point in the future. Watch this space.
